Базельский конкордат
Основа кооперации между европейскими банками. Конкордат был принят в 1975 г., а в 1983 г. его подвергли пересмотру. Он устанавливает скорее моральные, нежели практические, принципы надзора за банками и принципы их взаимовыручки. Документ был подготовлен Комитетом по банковскому надзору и регулированию.
